These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sereniti Lighting website and the purchase of any products or bespoke services from Sereniti Lighting ("Sereniti", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products & Bespoke Commissions
Many of our pieces are custom-made or made to order. As each commission is crafted to your specification, colours, dimensions, and crystal or glass characteristics may vary slightly from images shown, which are for illustration only. Every effort is made to represent our work accurately, but natural materials such as Murano glass and Swarovski crystal carry unique variations that are inherent to their quality.
Bespoke orders are confirmed in writing following approval of a detailed quotation and, where applicable, technical drawings.
Quotations, Pricing & Payment
All quotations are valid for the period stated within them and are subject to change thereafter. Prices are exclusive of delivery, installation, and any applicable taxes or duties unless expressly stated otherwise.
A deposit is typically required to commence production of bespoke pieces, with the balance due prior to dispatch or installation. Specific payment terms will be set out in your order confirmation.
Lead Times, Delivery & Installation
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by material availability, craftsmanship requirements, and shipping. We will keep you informed of any material changes to your schedule.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where installation is provided by Sereniti or its appointed partners, the site must be ready and safe for the work to proceed.
Cancellations & Returns
Because bespoke and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, they cannot generally be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where an item is faulty or not as described. Any faults must be reported promptly on receipt so that we can inspect and, where appropriate, repair or replace the item.
Warranty & Care
Our products are covered against manufacturing defects under warranty for the period stated in your order documentation. The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper installation by third parties, accidental damage, or normal wear. Care instructions are provided with your piece and should be followed to preserve its finish and function.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of Sereniti Lighting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sereniti shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
